Call our office at (717) 689-5372 to set up an appointment. Our dispatch fee for residential customers is $99 during normal operating hours (higher for after hours and weekend calls). Once our tech arrives and assesses your situation, he will be able to provide you with a detailed list of the actual total cost to repair your system. No work ever begins without your approval.

Residential Customers

For residential customers requiring repair services, we use a “Flat Rate” pricing model. A “Flat Rate” price is one price that includes both the labor and material necessary to fix the job. We always quote you the price to finish your repair up front, and you can always accept or decline the work prior to our starting it.

Many times, people ask why we don’t just charge by the hour. There are several reasons why we feel a flat rate is best. Here are just a few:

  • Flat Rates are based on the average cost of a part – so if we are in a pinch and have to buy your part from a costlier parts house, you are not penalized
  • Flat Rates are based on how long it SHOULD take us to finish the repair – so if our tech runs into a problem or finds it more difficult to access a component within your system or his phone rings and he has to talk to the office for ten minutes, you are not charged more
  • Flat Rates include an average for travel time to your home – so if our tech is coming to your home from two towns over, you are not charged more in travel time than if he were coming from next door
  • You will pay the same as everyone else for the same work – so there is no risk of you being charged more because the tech feels he has a daily quota to achieve

Commercial Customers

For commercial customers, we utilize a “Time & Material” pricing model. This model works because when it comes to commercial equipment, there is no standard – every unit and every configuration is different.

Emergency Service

We offer Emergency Services at night and over the weekend. When you call our office after hours, please leave a message. Your message will then be sent to our on-call technician who will call you back. Keep in mind that in rare situations especially during extreme heat or cold, our technicians may be working on jobs and may not be able to call you back immediately.

The cost for a technician to come to your home after hours and on the weekend is $169 plus the cost of any repair. The $169 dispatch fee is due even if you choose not to have us repair your system.
